These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Effortless Wealth. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Effortless Wealth provides personal budgeting, projections, categorization, optional bank sync, and optional AI assistance. The service is provided on a subscription or trial basis as described in the app.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and plans
Available plans may include: Premium Monthly, Premium Yearly
Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe. Mobile subscriptions may be billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are also subject to those platforms’ terms.
4. Changing plans
Current configuration: Plan changes apply immediately. Stripe creates prorations so you are credited for unused time on the old plan and charged the difference for the new plan (Stripe portal: create_prorations).
When you switch plans through our web billing portal, the change applies immediately. Stripe creates prorations: unused time on your previous plan is credited and the price difference for the new plan is charged (or credited) according to Stripe’s proration rules.
Store-managed subscriptions (Google Play / App Store) follow each store’s plan-change and replacement rules when you manage the subscription in the store.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel auto-renewal through the Stripe customer portal (web) or through Google Play / App Store subscription settings (mobile). Access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by the billing platform.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Disclaimers
Effortless Wealth is a budgeting tool, not financial, tax, or legal advice. Features (including AI suggestions) are provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may publish new versions of these Terms. Material updates may be notified according to our legal notification settings. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
