This Refund Policy explains how billing adjustments and refunds work for Effortless Wealth subscriptions.
1. Web subscriptions (Stripe)
Plan changes (current configuration): Plan changes apply immediately. Stripe creates prorations so you are credited for unused time on the old plan and charged the difference for the new plan (Stripe portal: create_prorations).
When you upgrade or downgrade on web with immediate proration, Stripe automatically credits unused time and charges or credits the difference. That proration credit is not a separate “refund request,” but it reduces what you owe for the new plan.
Cancellations stop future renewals. Unless required by law or Stripe dispute processes, mid-cycle refunds of an already-paid period are discretionary and handled case by case.
2. Google Play subscriptions
Purchases billed by Google Play are subject to Google’s refund and subscription policies. You manage or request refunds through Google Play where applicable.
3. Apple App Store subscriptions
Purchases billed by Apple are subject to Apple’s refund and subscription policies. Request refunds through Apple where applicable.
4. Trials and promotions
If a free trial or promotional period applies, converting to a paid plan follows the offer terms shown at checkout. Ending a trial before conversion typically avoids a charge.
5. How to contact us
For web-billing questions, email backend@striveenterprise.com with your account email and approximate charge date. For store billing, contact Google or Apple first; we can help verify entitlement status in your account.
6. Policy versions
This page reflects the published refund policy version. When configuration that affects refunds or plan-change economics changes, we publish a new version rather than silently rewriting this document.
